Garden Cottage 3 is set further back within the property and offers cosy and comfortable accommodation with the addition of having its own fenced garden area with large deck, your own BBQ for use and views back towards the rear paddocks. Inside features a large double spa bath, separate shower, air–conditioning and an open plan living & sleeping area.

The queen sized bed is covered with a down quilt, crisp linen and anti allergy pillows. There is a split system for heating and cooling.

The generous bathroom has a large corner style double spa bath plus walk in shower.

The kitchenette has a small dining area with a bar fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle, plus all the crockery and glassware required should you decide to bring something back to eat.

We offer off-street parking, netflix and free wi-fi in all our accommodation.

There is no daily servicing of rooms at Clonmara.
